‘Robot’ is the latest sensation in Bollywood. The stars who watched the special show organized by Rajinikanth were mesmerized by Rajinikanth’s performance and Shankar’s visual thinking. On Tuesday, Amitabh Bachchan, Jaya Bachchan, Abhishek Bachchan, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, Dev Anand, Karan Johar, Aamir Khan and many others watched ‘Robot’.
Later giving his opinion on the film Amitabh Bachchan said, “Robot is a different experience. While watching the film one must follow the film thoroughly to enjoy each and every aspect of it, like Shankar’s direction, the latest technology used, Rajni’s never seen before performance and Aishwarya’s dances. As far as I know, Aishwarya’s dance movements in ‘Robot’ are the best till date. And regarding Rajni, this is the first time I’m seeing Rajni in one such role and he did cent percent justice to it. He is absolutely fantastic!”
Post Robo, it’s Mahesh Khaleja in the waiting
Having secured U/A certificate from censor board, the ‘Mahesh Khaleja’ is now set to face the audience. While it is not clear whether producer Vijay Bhaskar Reddy will permit the scheduled date, the 7th of October to remain for the release of this film, the producers have already shipped out nearly 4 dozens of prints to different countries like Dubai, USA, UK and Australia where Telugu speaking people are eagerly waiting for the release of his film after 3 years of long wait.
Back in Andhra Pradesh the mood among Mahesh’s fans is very festive forcing them to book tickets well in advance. Yes! 3 years of wait is pretty long period and the fans got further excited with the success of music. There will be a total of 320 prints distributed all over India. Brahmanandam, Sunil’s comedy and Mahesh’s new avatar added to Mani Sharma’s music and Anushka’s glamour are expected to create the all needed positive impact on the movie.
Robot’s lesson to SRK
James Cameroon all along has been an enviablereference to each director. Now with the run away success of ‘Robot’, Shankar joins the list. What else can one think when the strategies of new are yet to finish films are being drastically changed with the masala/formula followed in ‘Robot’.
Today’s report is that soon after ‘Robot’ made history there was an emergency meeting in Shahrukh Khan’s den Mannath to redefine the approach in making his film ‘RA.One’. It is believed widely that the ‘Robot’ success is due to the mix of special effects with emotion and drama. So wanting to have the spectacle and emotions in equal measures Shahrukh now has roped in Martin Walsh, the editor of ‘Chicago’.
It will be SRK’s dream project to ensure ‘RA.One’ surpasses the record created by ‘Robot’ especially in the background when he rejected the Robot’s offer. All the best SRK!
